Summer skies in December
Country Pathways, this pattern was purchased at Threadbear in Castlemaine on the bus trip during the Bendigo Scquilters 2007 retreat. I bought some of the fabric but used a lot of my older ranges such as Vienna Nights and some older Robyn Pandolph as well as some 1800's repros, I really quite like this quilt now that it is finished. Quilted with Gardenia by Meredith England and mctavished in the centre pieces.
The fabric for this quilt was purchased at Patchwork on Stonleigh, one of my favourite patchwork shops. It was purchased on the way to the 2005 machine quilters conference in Mittagong, finally quilted after four years. The stars have some of my favourite older repro fabrics in them.
My funky quilt, mainly Amy Butler fabrics all finished!
Hexagon quilt in progress, two of the Collection for a Cause ranges, Heritage and Legacy
And last but not least, one year on...the most relaxed cat in the world, Sylvester whose favourite trick is to run in front of me when I am walking and throw himself down on the floor right in front of me!!
